Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Saad Anwar, operating as LinklySage, based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The scope, deliverables, price, and timeline for each project are recorded in a written project brief. Any project-specific exception to these terms must be expressly agreed in writing by both parties.

Outreach & Link Placement is currently unavailable.

Separate placement terms will be provided before that service opens for bookings.

1. Before We Commit

Please review the available writing samples before commissioning content. Relevant samples can help you assess whether the approach and tone suit your needs. Initial discussions about your requirements, scope, and suitability are free.

2. Agreeing on the Work

Before paid writing begins, we agree in writing on the topic, audience, purpose, tone, approximate length, deliverables, price, and expected timeline. I prepare an outline for your approval. That will be free.

Paid research and drafting begin after you approve the outline and the 75% advance has been received. Any requirements concerning AI assistance, confidentiality, attribution, or publication should be raised before the brief is approved.

3. Payment and Final Delivery

Payment for writing projects is divided into two parts:

• 75% advance: payable after outline approval and before paid production begins.
• Remaining 25%: payable after you review and approve the completed work. You receive a review version before paying the balance. The final document is handed over after full payment. The payment method and currency are agreed before payment is requested.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Please send cancellation requests in writing. The 75% advance will be refunded if you cancel before paid research or drafting begins. Once paid research or drafting has begun, the advance is non-refundable for a change of mind or client-initiated cancellation, except in the circumstances described below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

You may cancel and receive a refund of all payments made for the project if:

1. LinklySage fails to deliver the agreed work by the agreed deadline, and you have not accepted a revised delivery date.
2. I am unable to complete the project.
3. The work fails to meet an agreed requirement, and I cannot resolve that failure after reviewing the concern and attempting the necessary corrections.

If you wish to retain a usable portion of an incomplete project, we may instead agree in writing on its price and the amount to be refunded. A request for a new topic, different direction, or additional work beyond the agreed brief is handled as a scope change. This section does not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Revisions and Concerns

Each writing project includes one full revision round and one minor follow-up adjustment after the first complete draft. A full revision round means one collected set of feedback on the draft. The follow-up covers small adjustments to the revised version. Changes must remain within the agreed topic, purpose, direction, and requirements.

Additional content or a substantial change of direction may require a separate fee and revised timeline, agreed before further work begins. If an agreed requirement has been missed, I will review the concern and correct the omission without an additional charge. If the work meets the brief but you prefer a different approach after the included revisions, we can discuss additional paid editing.

Further preference-based revisions are not automatically included.

6. Content Ownership and Portfolio Permission

Upon full payment of the agreed project fee, I assign to the client the copyright rights I own and can legally transfer in the final approved content created specifically for that project.

The transfer covers the final deliverable identified in the written project agreement signed by Saad Anwar. It allows the client to publish, reproduce, edit, adapt, and reuse that content, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights.

Review drafts, unused alternatives, and working notes are not included unless agreed in writing. Before full payment, drafts are provided for review and feedback only.

Third-party quotations, images, and other licensed materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable conditions. They are not transferred as though they belong to LinklySage. Any relevant usage restrictions will be identified when such material is supplied.

I will obtain the client’s written permission before displaying their commissioned work in my portfolio, identifying them publicly as a client, or using their name or logo for promotion. Declining permission does not affect the service or price.

7. SEO Health Checks and Evaluation Reports

The free SEO Health Check provides an initial overview of the website and information available at the time of review. It is not an exhaustive audit of every page.

Any paid SEO Evaluation Report has a separately agreed scope, fee, and timeline. Reports provide observations and recommendations. Implementing website changes is not included unless separately agreed.

8. Client Responsibilities

Please provide the background information, source materials, brand guidance, and feedback needed to complete the agreed work.

You are responsible for ensuring that materials you supply may be used for the project and for identifying any necessary internal or specialist approvals.

Feedback dates are agreed as part of the project schedule. If information, feedback, or approval is delayed, we will discuss the effect on delivery and confirm a revised schedule.

9. SEO Outcomes

LinklySage will work carefully within the agreed scope to provide useful content and recommendations that support your website’s goals.

However, specific search rankings, traffic levels, enquiries, or other business results are not guaranteed. SEO reports reflect the available evidence and tool data at the time of review. Search performance can change and is influenced by factors beyond LinklySage’s control.

10. Changes to These Terms

Updates apply to new engagements from the stated effective date.

An existing project continues under the terms agreed when it began unless both parties expressly agree to a change in writing.
